✳︎ Website maintenance (Squarespace updates, content, link checks)

✳︎ Strategic operations planning

✳︎ Bi-weekly check-in calls

  • Absolutely. I recommend starting with a 3-month commitment so we can both assess if it's working. After that, we can adjust, expand, or move to a rolling monthly arrangement.

  • Great question. The package outlines a baseline of support. If something major comes up, we talk about whether it fits within the hours or if we need to adjust the scope.

  • By how much time you get back and how much smoother operations run. After month one, we should have clear systems in place. By month three, you'll see a real difference in how much time and energy you're spending on admin.

  • No. I work with whatever system you're comfortable with. If Notion feels like too much, I can organise and optimise your existing Google Drive or spreadsheet setup.

  • Yes. I offer website maintenance packages separately, or we can bundle it with your operations support.
